BIOMASS RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY & FUTURE PLANT DESIGN WITH DIGITAL ENGINEERING

On 18th August 2022, a webinar series was organized by Chemical Engineering Department, Institut Teknologi Indonesia (ITI). The webinar entitled ‘Biomass Research Opportunity & Future Plant Design with Digital Engineering’ was specially targeted for ITI student from chemical engineering course. This webinar has been attended by almost 70 participants. It is such an honor as ITI invited Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) to share the knowledge and on-going research related to biomass together in this webinar.

Representing UMP, Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Saidatul Shima Jamari from Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology (FTKKP) was assigned to the first slot of the webinar. She delivered the sharing on ‘Biomass to Biomaterials: Research Status and Opportunities in Malaysia’.

This has been a good opportunity to promote research work and collaboration work between UMP and ITI.
